(413)668-7284 FAQ's Q. Do I need to be home for my house to be cleaned? A. Absolutely not. Although some clients prefer to attend cleanings, our crews are comfortable opening and closings homes. Clients may provide keys, codes, or leave their doors open. We can lock up when the cleaning is completed upon request. Q. How do you charge? A. Clean Room 413 charges by the labor-hour. Call and get a rough estimate over the phone or we can visit and give an in-house estimate. Q. What is your procedures concerning Covid-19. A. Cleaning crews wear masks, gloves, and sanitize after all cleanings to ensure the protection of clients and crew. Crew must complete a negative rapid test if they experience cold symptoms before they can return to work. A positive test results in quarantine following the CDC guidelines and a negative test result before returning to work. Clean Room 413 is dedicated to crew/client transparency for everyone's safety, and hopes that clients will also return the favor. Q. What should I do to prepare? A. Have your space picked up as much as possible. Unless you have booked us for "organization", you want crews to spend their time cleaning as much as possible rather than picking up. More cleaning time means more sparkle! Q. Can I book for organization and cleaning? A. Absolutely! You can book for both or either.
